Are skull implants legit?

I heard Eppley does them and he uses silicone. However, I heard somewhere it’s complicated placing them over the sides becoz of the muscles there and I need implants on the side to widen my head. How dangerous would it be to place silicone on the skull?

That looks awful. U are better off widening bizygo and jaw via osteotomy and or implants to give the effect of widening

There are many surgeons who do skull implants, both in the US and abroad. It doesn't necessarily have to be Eppley.

From what I understand, it also differs from other facial implants as it's a much more straightforward area with less nuance (you sort of just want to add volume where it's needed), so you might not need to get it custom.
