Are skull implants legit?

I heard Eppley does them and he uses silicone. However, I heard somewhere it’s complicated placing them over the sides becoz of the muscles there and I need implants on the side to widen my head. How dangerous would it be to place silicone on the skull?

Youd need some typa osteotomy tho idk which cuz i have the opposite problem
Imagine widening the front of ur head and ears places stay the same

Looks like the ears pop out more. Maybe need an otoplasty after this

That looks awful. U are better off widening bizygo and jaw via osteotomy and or implants to give the effect of widening
