Are skull/temple implants worth it and aesthetic for a narrow skull/temples?

Most other implants seem to look uncanny often but skull and temple implants you can hide using hair, and just widen the area with the implants. Easy looksmax!

Am i right or deluded?

No

Low ROI even for a narrow skullcel? Should i just grow out my hair and cover forehead with hair instead?

What do you make of fat grafting to the zygos? Some suggest it as an alternative or addition to zygo implants. I didnt see it in your thread. Great thread btw!

I dislike it as you can’t accurately decide the results as some of the fat is lost

i think you may overrate implants in your thread though. they tend to turn out quite uncanny, don't age well, require revisions often (and the skin is left sagging with every revision/removal), can show through skin especially as you age and probably need to be replaced with age, also cause numbness/nerve issues/damage.

i believe in implants only in severe cases.. otherwise i hear fat transfer/graft is the better solution, or sometimes filler (although both come with their own risks as well), or just don't do anything... what do you think?

I prefer fat graft in the eye area rather than implants as it looks more natural but generally if you go to a good enough surgeon implants won’t look uncanny
