Are sports really worth it

I’m debating if i should quit football and get a job and get money rather than playing a sport that won’t get me far in life anyway, rn i get pt going both ways but im not starting and majority of the team doesn’t like me but the coaches and i have a good relationship and idk if i should quit or not because if i stay i can statusmax but when i play and practice i have a hard time nose breathing so i turn into a recessed mouth breather lmk if you think i should quit or not or just become team manager

a lot of people i know play sports while having a job, but if you don't wanna do that then i honestly recommend continuing to play football instead of getting a job

a part-time job isn't going to do much for you unless you desperately need the money, so you might as well stay on the football team and gain some status and have fun with your mates
