Full blown sprints (6-8 of them) of 40-60 meters with adequate rest inbetween them and done consistently (a consistency that isnt overtrain, 3-4 days a week) promotes high levels of GH and test. You combine that with sleep and a caloric surplus, levels are through the roof.

Along with the promotion of GH and test, there is slight muscle mass gain too. Muscle firing speed too.

Pair it with weight training too, frame size + test increase.

of course this is all old news, but sprints are fascinating.

studies behind them might reveal more benefits.

even if it doesn't help (it does) 30 mins a day in the morning isn't really a lot and you don't lose anything

average male sprinter’s height is 5’10 - 6’3, plus ofc genetics play a huge role too in the development GH and test causes. so ofc not all sprinters are moggers.

You’re a retard if you believe that. The reason that they are sprinters in the first place, have gone far is entirely bc of Their genetics.

Studies show that anaerobic explosive activities (e.g. sprints, HIIT) lead to an acute release of growth hormone (GH). • This peak occurs 15–30 minutes after exercise and is driven by sympathetic stress and lactate production, often in parallel with cortisol. 1. IGF-1 is liver-driven → A stable, chronic GH signal + the presence of insulin + low cortisol levels are required for IGF-1 to be produced in amounts that affect growth zones or bone. 2. Sprints create sympathetic dominance → High cortisol → IGF-1 receptor sensitivity decreases → no net effect. 3. Growth zones respond to the mTOR/PI3K-AKT pathway, not just GH → Sprints activate AMPK → catabolic signal, which blocks mTOR.

Yeah I gptmaxxed couldnt be fucked to write your stupid ass a whole essay. - sprinting has no positive effect on growth- you know what, not even that- its very much so negative for growth.

Dont even get me started on the ” test boost”. Ropemaxx🙏
