What is considered short for women highly depends on the country.
Being short is far more of a detriment for men than being tall is a detriment for women, so breeding with a tall female would be the best option in a utilitarian sense.

It is true that tall women are often too thin which is a problem less commonly found on shorter women, I hate those tall anorexic tranny looking female models, but I'd prefer tall girl (one that weighs more than me a high e feminine body not the twig body) over a short woman with the same body
