Are tanning creams and drops are inferior to beta carotene?

I mean thy only last for few days or sometimes hours compare to beta carotene of which last for ever if you take it regularly

Sun = bad

You only need 11 minutes of sub daily but you need to expose your legs and arms and face

Look at gandy and Chico who never used sunscreen and they go out a lot

They look like shit btw I see guys who usually tan below the age of 30 and they have 3 forehead wrinkles and bad texture.

Stay away from the sun + 50SPF sunscreen all day everyday
