Any sign of wealth is a looks max. It shows you have expendable money, and the better artist, and better the tattoo, the better looksmax.

Looksmaxing and wealth have always been interconnected. Anything that correlates with wealth is considered attractive.

It's why Fat people were considered attractive when ever one was starving.
Why Thin people were considered attractive when poor people were all fat.
Why Pale skinned people were considered attractive when poor people were all working outside on the farms.

Tattoos look low class if you're not going to be a criminal, athlete or artist. Models can enter here.
If there are a lot of them or they are stupid tattoos they will certainly always be low class. I find them horrible when they are colored.
On the other hand tattoos look low inhibition and dark triad as long as they are not stupid things.
Basically think about your niche. Consider this before you get a tattoo.
