It depends. You see teen girls seem to be under the impression that they are a lot more mature than they really are. While it's true girls mature faster in their teen years so they are infact more mature than boys their age, to anyone in 23+, they're still very immature. This delusion of theirs makes them think they need someone on their maturity level and they believe this is someone in their 20s. I've talked to 17 year old girls who didn't mind when I said I was 25.
So they want a more masculine mature looking 25 year old instead of a guy their age who looks like a boy instead of a man.
