just wash them after going dentist to clean them professionally

most people though have okay teeth
the shape can be changed by shaving or getting fake teeth etc

it's a flaw but you won't die or get penalized too much dw

Not on a base like Mads, having no eyebrows is also a failo for most but when you have that robust of a face you can basically get away with anything and still look fine
