Are the Accutane nose changes permanent?

i think so since accutane permanently shrinks your oil glands. Tbh it's probably not any meaningful difference tho if your nose is a big failo.

you gotta complete the whole course which is like 120-150 mg/kg, then there's a very high chance ul retain the gains. A small minority of people's noses return to normal a few months after completing the course. Also ur nose wud always be slightly bigger off than on accutane either way. So I plan to go till 120mg/kg and then permadose like 10 or 20mgs
