Are the brain development effects of AIs that detrimental?

I’m doing 0.2 ius per kg of HGH and I’m taking an AI alongside it, most likely 1 mg of Armidex ed. The problem is I’ve read that some of the side effects, especially on brain development aren’t great. I’m wondering if the effects are as bad as people say, and if I can, maybe just get away with HGH? Idk.
