Kept seeing these two Russian brothers on the FBI's Most Wanted List. Looked them up and realized there's literally jackshit information about them on the internet (normally I see FUCK tons of wanted posters, info, wikipedia pages, etc) but you look up Volodymyr Dubinsky and there's like 10 webpages total. Saw description "Presumed to be living in Ukraine" presumed??? Is this not him in this photo/URL provided??

Who wants to find this guy and let me know if im a dumb fuck

yeah i didnt read the article either. i did digging and found the supposed professional volleyball league website and it's either a fake company/org (they wiped their website off the face of the planet) or i dont have access to it. there's description visible on the webpage in russian but again, came up w nothing

How would anyone BUT the FBI go along finding people like this? Huge databases, search teams, resources, etc. It feels so unfair
