Yes to an extent they don't care as long as the US supports them.

France and UK have massive Muslim populations now, and they are a force in both countries.

Muslims are considered more a model minority now in England. Even the current migrant crisis isn't considered a 'Muslim thing'.

No Israel isn't losing but they're heading towards a path where things could turn in that direction.
