Are the jews pushing for an American civil war?

For context a couple of days ago and ICE agent shot and killed a 38 year old female liberal activist whilst during an ongoing investigation or whatever they were doing. Interestingly enough the first video of the incident is from the woman's wife's POV (yes she is lesbian all leftists are ill) in this video it was hard to tell whether it was justified or not. A new one has been released in which you can clearly see the woman attempt to runover the agent

After the release of the first video theres been many protests by leftists against ICE and the current Trump regime, however theres been incidents like this why would you burn a flag and leave? Did he jsut want to burn something? Is he a paid instigator? Is he a mossad agent?
