you do realize when you blink the top lashes touch the bottom ones right.. meaning the lattise would get application to bottom aswell

It will naturally migrate to your lower lash when you blink and give it some growth, applying it to the lower lash increases the chance of orbital fat loss(just gimme the solution man)
