Are the surgeries worth and safe I'm willing to get?

I'm a LLTN at max, I'm pretty recessed like deep dite, crooked teeth, narrow palate, flat upper maxxila, reccesed chin, jaw, orbitals. I look the same as Tom cruise from before his hardmaxxing but with taller and narrow skull also flared ears.
I would say that i need to start with basic orthodontics Marpe+Invisalign treatment then bimax with lefort-1+ genioplasty together or after this mandibular angular implants, malar implants, also after i would do canthopexy for my negative canthal tilt, rhinoplasty, fat grafting on my inner supra orbit only and fat grafting on infras, lateral brow, lateral orbitals and to pull back and a little up my ears and maybe LL surgery if i don't grow more.

Bro,no joke I'm thinking to do it.
I was researching many threads about surgeries and especially them that i need and worth to do and i read about others experience on recovery and it was like hell like i read that someone who got bimax/trimax couldn't breath.
I can't even breath properly now and have narrow palate flat maxxila sleep apnea if I have to get through these hell many times to be perfect I'd rather sell my soul to get them for free and better results-recovery fast.

Tbh whatever the recovery is seems worth it at least personally, but Lefort will fix your sleep apnea lol that’s one of its main clinical functions maybe you’ll be able to get ur jaw surgery covered

But if u wanna ascend surgery or hella implants + other facial work like possibly rhino and other soft tissue stuff would be the only way
I’ve got quoted and I’m saving rn but my plan is marpe to increase zygomatic width + just help with my breathing and stuff in the short term followed by djs for more forward growth (affects every aspect of side and front profile) and then depending on how everything looks after that (although these will still be fairly likely) I’m going to get alarplasty, possibly a lip lift if Lefort doesn’t reduce my philtrum length, and zygo implants w a lower blepheroplasty to fix the sunken orbital rim due to the part of the maxilla a reasonable Lefort can’t fix
lol pray to gandy and maybe I’d get a lefort 3 but zero chance I’d even take that risk if given that opportunity because holy that procedure is brutal and recovery alone is extremely dangerous

Yeah that's why i said sell my soul they'll get me right out of botched(but legit i think they just have good filler injectors combined with fat grafting results all these celebs results doesn't look like implants they look like bones most of the time but also they edit the pics and fraud so i don't know atp)
