Since it is an exogenous hormone (aka. somatotropin), it sends negative feedback to the brain (pituitary gland). Which means it will shut down endogenous gh production. According to some people, in their young ages their natural production js came back. Besides that, if dosage is too high (above 8IU) and the “cycle” is run for too long considered like 1-2 years, it can cause acromegaly. The other side effects like aching and stuff are quite normal.
 
Yea you organ failure you organ go grow 2 or 3 times their size. Just be cautious while taking it.
 
One thing that i know is that it can if you dont get a correct hormone it can back fire completely not only will you not grow but it will make u gain a lot of weight and develop diabetes (i saw a kid that sadly went through this), idk if there is more things but this specific reason was why i had to take like 100 blood tests before my endocrinologists gave me my therapy
