Are there alternatives to pinning to get higher T levels?

I am currently doing everything of these for at least half a year.
-zinc/magnesium/vitamin D/K everyday (stopped taking vitamin D recently because I am out in the sun a lot)
-boron/vitanin C every other day
- working out 3x/week, run 2x a week
-limited fapping to max once per day. Currently fapping every second day or less.
-no drugs (except one beer once a week maybe)
-I even have a very good work environment since I go sleep at the same time everyday, am together with people same age and doing exciting stuff.
-I eat a lot of carbs and enough protein and fats.

My T levels are still below average my age group.
How tf is this possible.
I have less T than guys my age who do none of this stuff, sleep 5 hours a day, sipping monster energy never touching a weight in their life. But yeah it makes sense, I dont pack on muscle as easily as other people.

I get wet dreams about pinning when I see my results.

I eat a lot of eggs and meat with fats, milk products too so yeah.

I sleep 6-9 hours, depending if I have a day off or not
But on days where I sleep only 6 hours, I sleep an additional 1-2 hours in the afternoon
What is your body like?

Im doing nearly all the shit your doing except I’m fapping and takin drugs whatever

Regarding your sups the only thing that’s missing is a vitamin b komplex
 
We need a high IQcel to diagnose the source of your low T.

I'm not that guy but there's other reasons for low T than low production. You could be converting more T to estrogen than normal.
 
I thought about taking Ostarine for 1 or two cycles, to put on some muscle mass
 
Im on 10mg LGD cycle rn, litteraly just do a test cycle instead.
I kind of get what a steroid is now, but honestly test would bring a much better result.
