Infras are cope without saddle. Mine luckily turned out decent from the front. From the side no difference then before because I didn’t get the saddle

What's "saddle" and have you posted your results here?

I posted the result when I was swollen. 3 weeks post op. I’m not swollen anymore from the 3week time when I posted the results have gotten a lot better. Saddle is where you build up the Infra orbital rim with peek implant where it also goes inside the orbit a bit as well. That’s why it’s called a saddle. It’s go up and over into the orbitals rim.
