Are there any guides or advice for sub5s who want to softmaxx?

Hello guys. I think of myself as having a good base for looksmaxxing, however I notice that from what I've seen in this forum a lot of advice revolves around hardmaxxing and is tailored to normies who can prioritize sex drives or muscle. If you're sub5 you obviously have a ton of failos that need to be fixed, and there's probably threads for that but I think there needs to be a thread that establishes a foundation of softmaxxing for those who aren't normies if there isn't one already.

I am 17 as well, and because of that I do not want to risk my health nor do I have the money to hardmaxx with surgeries or dodgy substances that will end up with me in a coma or some shit. I won't post my face on here because I know I will be ridiculed, just know that I am tall (6'5), fat (<30 BMI), and white.

I also have asymmetry (nose, lips, cheeks, eye area are ALL asymmetrical) which I want to get rid of. I do not trust doctors to not fuck up my face so no double jaw surgery advice please. I'm too fat for people to see a jawline and I don't have a skincare routine. Combined I resemble an incel.

Apologies for the shopping list but I just want to be honest about what I expect, as this is my first post and all. Thanks

Not to rudely barge in here but the answers leave me confused, I don't know if I should do low rep or high rep. I'm mainly trying to build a decent frame so I don't look like a twig but I also want to lose weight quickly. Thanks
My advice would be to start with semi high reps maybe like 12 to like learn the form etc. When youre more experienced to should do lower reps because then it's only the last 5 reps that does anything.

And in order to lose fat just be in a caloric deficit either natural or with reta etc.

"Fat" is an insult to being 6'5. You have such an incredibly high frame potential, the reason why the universe hasn't allowed me to become 6'5 is because it knows how everyone would get mogged into oblivion, you've taken someone else's chances to be a beast. And what are you doing with it? The answer is nothing. Instead of being a lazy fat piece of shit, upsetting God and pissing all of us off, hit the gym and show some respect to yourself. Lean out first, then worry about your asymmetries. Start using an exercise bike, peddle like someone is chasing you with a poison dart. Don't eat until 2pm. Stop smoking and drinking. Do a psychotic amount of high reps with low weight, otherwise you're going to have loose skin.

Please live up to your potential. Right now you're good for no body. Stop being a waste.

I think that's actually pretty great advice, thank you. I hope you manage to compensate for height, it's brutal to be short these days.

Stop throwing words around such as "cope" when you have no idea what it means or when to use those terms. You sound retarded, trust me.

I had a fat friend, exercise bike, hundreds of reps with low weight is what helped him. He doesn't have any loose skin, and lost weight very quickly. There are plenty of factors which go into this: how long the skin has been stretched for, how quickly the weight was lost, age, genetics, etc.

So the skin just magically disapears because you do many reps? That doesn't even make sense

There's a reason dirty bulks are stupid because they do so you get new skin cells which will result into loose skin

A fat cunt doing 12 reps of an exercise isn't exactly calorie burning is it? The reason I say exercise bike and not running is because fat people also can't run, and running is quite damaging for your knees and joints, especially at higher weights.

You take that same exercise and smash out 100 reps, the sheer amount of lactic acid should help keep that muscle nice and tight.

Like I said, this is anecdotal, that is exactly what worked for my friend, and all the fat cunts I see doing 12 reps of bullshit end up with loose skin.

I'm not fat, so I truly, genuinely don't give a fuck. I also don't dirty bulk, because I'm not a subhuman. I have always and will always be in shape. Mind over matter. Healthy body healthy mind. Healthy gut, healthy mind too.
