I think it looks uncanny because you have no oral commissures and the bottom lip has that indent in the middle. fill the indent and the commissures can be cut either by a surgeon or ive seen some people do it DIY. definitely do a lot of research first if you plan on DIY cause you could fuck it up even more possibly
