How high of a dosage do you think I could without being at a risk of stunting my growth? Or is there any risk, since Anavar is mostly a DHT based steroid?

I've never used var, nor have I researched it.

However my understanding of HPTA shutdown and the effect of E on the bones tells me that you will not stunt your growth as DHT cannot aromatise into E.
