A mod. lefort III has similiar risk to a lefort I which are pretty low and you can do a lefort I later.
Leg lengthening, hairsytem both basically no risks

I know how you feel and thougth about killing myself a lot and it feels somewhat logical to do it when you have no perspective/ future but this is up to yourself.
I think being somewhat smart will make people unhappier in many cases cause of overthinking when a dumber person wouldn't be bothered that much by it.
