Are there any methods to get flawless skin without getting purge

I don't have acne and my skin isn't particularly bad to begin with, but I want to achieve glass-like, flawless skin.
However, I really don't want to make my current skin worse even it's temporarily by using something like tretinoin that causes purging.
Are there any effective medications that cause little or no purging?

I haven’t looked into it but estrogenic gel on the face seems to help a lot of people and I’ve heard them talk about a glass-like effect. But to me the purge phase it worth it for things like microdosing accutane, but my skin also got a lot better from dutasteride and it didn’t seem like there was a purge effect.

I didn't know duta had such a effect
I thought it was only for hair protecting

Yeah I didn’t either but then I started taking it and it’s definitely true
