It mostly widens the chin and area around it which is a dom feature to have and also a bit on the back part of your jaw but not too much from what I’ve been told. IMDO is for forward growth of your side profile and the recovery time is longer

Now that I really don’t know tbh; obviously double Jaw is an answer but it’s extremely expensive, recovery time is insane and very invasive

The only thing I’m worried is facial harmony and not looking natural. I’m getting MSE + MSDO in may along with upper eyelid fat grafting. Do I need to measure my face first in motion or it isn’t that serious
