Searching for MSE before&after‘s. Besides Ronald Ead I can only find one dude from reddit who got deformed by MSE.

Doesn‘t really shed a good light on a practice that is often advised here.

I used to think it was MSE but I fucked up the terms, it's actually a simple removable device that I had, and I guess it made me somewhat more ascended combined w/ other factors.

Be sure to know if u actually have a narrow palate or not, not some body dysmorphic bullshit u make up in your head.

Thinking his face did improve. Seems like his midface became wider making up for his wide mandible. Could be the camera angles though, they seem quite different.
