I dont think so that topical tretinoin have an effect on bone marrow, topical tretinoin have very small effect on serum vitamin a and if vitamin a/tretinoin would burn fat to a degree thats matter then orally vitamin a/retinol should has slimming effect on the body while it doesnt...
