2. Not all honey would be an AI, right? I am pretty sure it depends on the content of chrysin. However normal chrysin is inactive biologically in humans, you need methylated version.
3. Nicotine actually ok I think, smokers have consistently higher T, free T and lower estrogen. However, lung cancer...
4. Saw Palmetto inhibits production of DHT and DHT is anti-estrogenic and unlike test cannot be aromatized.
5. Source for Maca? I've never heard about it being AI

I said most AI’s have estrogen rebound. And for growth you shouldn’t use anything but aromasin IMO

Aromasin is the most researched when it comes to growth. I’m sure other AI’s work but I wouldn’t use them when there is much better alternative

hi-tech pharmaceuticals is legit from what I've heard and I can buy their arimistane in a sport shop that also sells creatine (I live in Poland)

I don’t know much about it, but if you do the research and everything looks good, I’d get it. Just make sure you don’t hurt yourself or overdose
