Are there any other ways to take peptides than injecting?

I’ve been thinking about taking peptides and its not that im scared of needles its just that I hate the tought of injecting. If there is any other ways to take them then how? And what types can you take without injecting?

Yeah, you don't need to pin. You can run topicals for skin/collagen, oral/sublingual (like BPC-157 for gut copes), or nasal sprays for neuro gains.
Topicals are fine for skin, but pinning is still king for actual systemic gains.

Some types of peptides can be intranasal but only smaller ones as otherwise they cant penetrate
