First for the noise Map for 2nd pic:-face area has very low noise compared to the hair and background. This is a strong sign of a smoothing/beautification filter: the algorithm removes skin texture but leaves detail in other regions.
Conclusion with noise map:-skin-smoothing/beauty filter applied, proven by the unnatural drop in noise on the face region compared to surrounding details.

Coming to the saturation graph for pic 2:-The histograms show strong peaks and compression (especially in red & green channels), a clear sign of contrast and saturation boosting — exactly what beauty filters do.

Hence a beauty filter is heavily applied, just be a man atp
