As far as I know because of the complex genetic interaction that causes male pattern baldness, they haven’t even identified the genes that cause male pattern baldness in eurasians and africans. They have identified a few genes which are a factor but nothing conclusive. I would imagine that the natives dont have a gene thst makes them immune to male pattern baldness, but rather they dont have the genes that cause it in the first place
