So basically, everyone says oh yeah wash windows or shit, there is very small market for it since everyone is so lazy they rather call an overpriced company(I don't blame them, I'd rather trust a company than some sketchy teens) but okay, In my country there is quite literally 0 market for those services like mowing or washing stuff, especially in the areas I can get to, everyone lives in flats basically. Okay yeah I have a part-time job, actually 2 but they give in total 15 hours per week I'd say, and thats not really enough, and being under 18 in a reachable area gives 0 full time options with my job experience and education, so now there's the question, are there any proven side hustles that work? I wouldn't mind selling PEDs to teens who feel shit about themselves but that needs a crazy capital I ain't gonna lie

Everyone here washes at those idk what they're called but you throw in money and you can wash it yourself and it is much cheaper than me getting all the supplies like car shampoo, car wax and stuff. Would do it but its cheaper to go to these places, of course if I lived somewhere with more houses would actually be viable, maybe if I move sometime.

Yeah nice buddy 3 part time jobs Tax will eat me alive, unoficial jobs would work but they're basically slavery, i earn 15/hr(Mind its nearly 3x minimum salary here) at one of my part time jobs but i get like 2-4 hours per week there

northern europe haha, its deadly with no job experience, keep in mind that nearly nobody employs you without prior job experience so you have to stick to shitty ass jobs at minimum wage just to get a slightly better but still shitty job

Nope, unfortunatley Latvian, Ehhhh Estonia is much better and I'd rate Lithuania slightly better but I hate how their food tastes, never been to Sweden but want to go there or Norway sometime when money and time allows.
