Stop reading self help books and read some actual books. I'd recommend studies in pessimism by Arthur Schopenhauer

Read My Twisted World by Elliot Rodger.

Most self help books are OK but they could be written in 20 pages, but that doesn't sell, so they put just fill it with garbage, just find a review of the self-help books that you which to read and you'll get 95 percent of the information needed

nerd fagot trait: reading books

It depends on the subject there's a lot out there that actually are useful its only a low IQ nt trope to suggest there all trash because you can't do some digging into whose writing the book. Like are you actually surprised the writer who wrote the books full of shit if they have nothing to show for it. It's your fault if so.

I suggest these though for you guys these right here since were in a blackpill red pill space.

The evolution of desire and when men behave badly. Its by doctor David m buss the guy who actually made most of the black pill red pill studies on people that everyone in this community quotes.

The rational male by rollo tomassi. Classic you guys already know this the redpill bible

Unplugged alpha by Richard Cooper basically more in depth the rational male.

The tactical guide to women by doctor shaun t smith. He goes into how to protect yourself from divorce and getting fucked over in relationships and the actual studied signs of bad women in relationships.

Pimp by iceberg slim is a must-read

And even though pickup is shit I still think the game by neil strauss is still a must read since he's kinda the godfather of all this.

Mating in Captivity is another great one by doctor esther purul.

Sperm wars By robin baker is another one that's really good about how modern society is affecting men.

No more Mr nice guy by Robert Glover is a ok one but its really only for betas who were raised by women or abusive parents.
