Are there any softmaxes for dorsal hump on the side?

I know there are threads on this but none of them have had any good information. I know rhino is a thing but I'm not in circumstances to get one. Is there anything i can do to reduce how it looks from the side? (Im still going through puberty aswell)

Its not very visible in photos because of bad quality but irl it just kills my whole side profile
