Are there any softmaxxes I could do to fix my undereyes, nose, and lips? Or is filler/fat grafting etc. my only choice

Not opposed to filler or any other cosmetic work. Just wondering if there is any non-cope methods I could try before I go that route, because I don’t have the money for filler and I won’t for a while.
