Are there any solutions to long midface?

Since im arab i have such a long nose and my philtrum isnt the problem just my nose is super long snd i dont know what to do about it and if I decided to get surgery id wait 5 years to get something like double jaw surgery

Le fort 1 ccw rotation would make maxilla shorter from the front (and make the nose appear shorter), if you habe a droopy nasal tip, you could also get a nasal tip rhinoplasty, mark as solution

Le fort 1 ccw rotation can help with a long midface, if you don’t have any questions, mark as solution

Would that moe my nose shorter or is rhino plasty the way to go my nose is just as long as bigonials

not many soft maxxes besides surgery, but im sure it cant be that bad bro. Maybe if u provided a pic then i could help but for now focus on improving your midface aestecially instead of being worried.

Le fort is good for surgery, if u need help pm.

rhino could maybe help too but without picture idk

I feel like making your lower third taller with bimax would create the illusion of a more normal midface length

but i think because of how small my chin and lower jaw is it makes my midface look to long i think

That also, one of the traits of a severe horseface is a short and steep narrow jaw

Your jaw is quite steep too, I suppose the photo on the right is you bloated or at a higher bf. Jaw angle implants could help with the steep jaw

Do u think I would get a discount or have insurance pay for this surgery i also have a slight overbite and my chin is kinda reccesed if u see my side like I fail a lot of the lip assessments
