I’m almost 19 and about done growing + penis seems to be same side if I take finasteride is there any legitimate cause for concern of dht suppression causing physical problems relating to a lack of male androgens?

Honestly u look a bit rugged without hair, some hair recovery would be decent and you'd ascend to HTN even with coloring failo, it's that or lightening your skin tone somehow. Your bones are fucking insane tho
