Are there any surgeries to actually increase the absolute PFL and not just perceived PFL?

My ESR is ideal but my ICD is slightly wide, if I could elongate the PFL slightly on each side of the eye it would ascend me (and a lot of other people) hard. what can I get to increase it? Starting uni and getting a paid internship with my uncles company next summer so I'll be able to afford it by 19.

do you have ptosis or bad under eye support?

I don't quite understand the question, but lateral canthoplasty might be a good suggestion for you.

A lateral canthoplasty, however the effects are pretty minimal so its done in conjunction w a lower lid retraction too for optimal results.

With retraction:

When you say physically, are you talking about softmaxx?
no, i’m saying like a lot of surgeries just raise the lower eyelid to make the eye look wider but i want my eyes to actually be wider

looks good and not that expensive, i was thinking tripod when i get bimax later cause i got cucked by a pollen allergy for ONE SINGLE SUMMER and i got like a few degrees of downward growth which gave me a dorsal hump

rip, if ur goal is improving eye area tho def consider infraorbital rim implant instead, less invasive

People often say tripod but in adults with fully developed soft tissue it's a bad idea imo. The obo + tripod case that got leaked shows why. You can also look up tripod cases in research journals, it has that same unaesthetic "stretched skin" look at the lateral canthus.

yup, lower eyelid retraction repair or lid retraction repair
