not really. ccw roation is the only true way to do this but the effect is minimal. upper lift lip can create the illusion of a stronger midface and is good surgery for philtrum cels

sorry mb. i would reccomond a ccw rotation as they cut the maxilla but rotate it a bit aswell.

Not really. You can reduce upper jaw length but not midfacial length very easily.
