I have a bad nose to lip width ratio and it’s because my lips are narrow. My maxilla is also narrow and recessed so I’m wondering if it has anything to do with that. Are there any ways to get wider lips

i think if youre like 16 or under i forget when it closes. but you can still get it after, itll just have to be implanted into the bone

yes, i dont know how long you should hold it in but i did remember seeing someone on her a year ago change their mouth to nose ratio with it
