In you case, a average endocrinologist will use testosterone or even a high doses estrogen therapy to accelerate growth plate closure (estrogen = close growth plates, more testosterone = more estrogen)

The other option is the surgery way
Its called “epiphysiosdesis” where a surgeon will stop growth in the legs (NOT SPINE!!)
