Are there easier ways to take capsule supplements?

I swear it's the one thing that stops me from taking it daily to looksmaxx, like vita d3, k2, zinc, etc.

everytime i try to, and drink water to make it go down, i want to fking vomit and puke, idk i just cant stand these.

learn how to swallow properly, clench your teeth smile as hard as possible and swallow while doing that and now you know how to swallow properly
