Short face syndrome (SFS), or hypodivergent facial pattern, is a skeletal condition characterized by a vertically, physically short lower third of the face (base of the nose to the chin). It is often accompanied by a deep bite (overbite), a prominent, "scrunched" chin, and thin,, everted lips.

Now, this is a very severe case and most people with mild sfs can just cope with jutt but if your development is shit like this guy's,then bimax is the way.

Check your bite at ortho, if you have a 30-60% overbite then it's not the reason and you might not even have sfs.

OR you have a skeletal over (deep) bite (~60-100%), if that's the situation, you are highly likely to be diagnosed with this.
