Are there many CHAD's in Europe?

Are there a lot of handsome guys in countries like Sweden, Norway, Germany?
I mean, I live in Brazil and it is very difficult to find any "CHAD" as described in this forum. In addition, here is a poor country and there is always the option of betabux.
But what about in these countries? Are the richest and with the highest HDI in the world. Are men really more handsome than in the rest of the world? Is competition really that hard?

In Eastern Europe they are extremely rare, poor countries simply don't have many Chads, girls favor money and status over looks when picking a partner, so the Chad genes don't get transmitted from generation to generation.
In rich countries, where women are empowered and can easily make money, they favor looks when choosing a partner, so that's why you have more and more Chads with each generation.

Not that bad.

But native Dutch dudes, are tall.

Especially noticeable when Dutch go abroad, and when I went abroad, I also fealt like that alittle bit. Most Peoples seem smaller.

LOL @ Dutch people abroad, towering over the locals. Even the fames height moggs dudes abroad, regularly-ish.
