Are there movies with uncharismatic losers as the protagonist?

Usually in movies when the protagonist is supposed to be a so-called "loser" he is extremly charismatic and witty, irl a loser would never be like that.

Why is the the case, can't writers write a realistic loser for once?

Because a loser who’s ugly would get no friends or gf

Also irl there are many charismatic ugly guys

There’s a manlet Arab guy in my class who’s ugly asf but the whole class likes him cause he’s charismatic and funny
