you are putting so much stress in your body only to end up getting confused in the before and after pic
a 12-16 week cycle on 500mg test e per week + heavy training + lots of food will get you more results than literally your entire natty lifting carrer

LET THAT SINK IN 12 weeks enhanced > entire natty lifting carrer for most people...... 12 weeks = 84 days if you train 6x per week thats 72 sessions only.

seriously just do calisthenetics and watch your diet if you are deadset to be natty its a waste of time to lift weights otherwise

yes one cycle cuz when people say 12 weeks enhanced will get you 2-3 years of natty results they mean that natty is locked in 10/10 going to failure each session and diet on point sleeping well
that literally doesnt happen even if you are psychotic doing that for years end
+ the look gear gives you , much more glycogen retention , graininess, dryness that can never be acheived natty

it takes a few years of natty training until u realize its futility. tho in the current year everyone should be well aware of how dumb natty training is thanks to tiktok reels

very inconsistent with the gym since I was 14, most consistent was late 2025 and early 2026 at 17 and looked pretty good, now i stopped cuz of school and im chilling so ehh

It's only better than natty training if you actually know what you're doing, like really know what you're doing.
 
Natty lifting is a joke tbh, but honestly where are you guys affording this stuff? A cycle of test + PCT and AI is easily 400-500 usd

Very few people here get surgery and when they do they are mid to late 20’s. Mostly teens on here tbh

You can build a good v taper natty if you have a good frame to start with

But roids fill you out more when you're wearing clothes

I'm 17 and getting multiple, I don't really get the point of being here if you won't.
Like nigga go to Reddit if you're going to lift weights natty and "take a shower and get a haircut brooo".

Doing roids if u never worked out is stuoid. It’s better to work out natty for 2-5 years minimum to build as much as possible and then use roids. That’s how you maximize ur aesthetics

Yea you gotta get into a rythym and identify weak/strong points before you hop on gear otherwise you're just wasting time and money injecting yourself going through the learning curve.
