elab on what you mean by high dopamine. But I score low on neuroticism so i don't really have lingering anxiety or feel negative day to day. I still have an inner voice, my mind is just quiet at rest.

When I was a teen, I didn’t have even close to as much of an inner dialogue but I was so much happier and less anxious

IMO, something that really helps is just not focusing on it. It’s much harder than said, but if you sort of just let the thoughts sit there without acting upon them the overthinking and anxiety dies down. It takes time to get this but it works.

Not focusing on it isn’t the same as ignoring it. If you ignore them, your brain will actually push those thoughts more.
