you're not gonna grow your nose in 2-3 months lol. especially not with mk. the bloat from mk is fucking real I can dig my finger so far in my face it's absurd. you could get slight insulin sensitivity if you were really stupid and stuffed your face with carbs every other hour but otherwise any significant sides are unlikely

i took it for 2 weeks and got diagnosed with diabetes.

my nose also went from caucasoid to nigga tier in 2 days

idk I ate at least 100g sugar from 8 to 18 everyday and never had problems. I also eat much cleaner today (but 300g carbs)

Perhaps someone better could answer that, as I don’t eat a lot of carbs as it is. As long as you’re eating clean, I don’t see why it should be a problem.

I heard that its best to cycle mk for 2 weeks on and off.
You will also have extreme appetite and some bloat during the first 2 weeks. Also carpal tunnel syndrome is possible.
I am doing doing research at the moment about mk, and thinking about trying it for my summer 2021 form.
Still a bit sceptical about the risk return profile.
