Are there any time efficient activities to decompress your spine or even anything to actually retain your morning height? There are many YouTube videos on how to supposedly decompress but I'm unsure whether they work. Anybody got experience with this? Also I've heard stuff about Chondrotyn reducing compression. Is it true?
